Size of lesion :  

1 - ≥ 20mm2 - ≥ 30mm3 - ≥ 40mm4 - ≥ 50mm5 - ≥ 60mm6 - ≥ 70mm7 - ≥ 80mm8 - ≥ 90mm9 - ≥ 100mm

Location of lesion :  

1 - rectosigmoid2 - other location

Morphology :  

1 - Granular2 - any Non-granular component3 - serrated or other

Paris classification :  

1 - 0-IIa2 - 0-Is3 - 0-IIa/Is
