By accessing or using the GIEQs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms are entered into between you and GIEQs PS, a company registered in Belgium with its registered office at Streepbosstraat 8, Drongen, 9031, Belgium ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Use of Our Service

GIEQs provides an online medical education platform focused on gastrointestinal endoscopy. Our Service is intended for medical professionals and students in the field of gastroenterology.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

GIEQs Pro Subscription: Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Individual Assets: Some content may be available for individual purchase without a subscription.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the GIEQs platform, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GIEQs PS or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
